The SD5 is a high-performance two-phase digital stepper motor driver developed entirely by our company, based on a DSP control platform, supporting three control modes: pulse + direction, RS485, and CANopen, and compatible with the 42~86 series two-phase stepper motors. The driver is equipped with intelligent algorithms such as adaptive motor parameter recognition, vibration suppression, and self-tuning, supporting up to 51,200 subdivisions to achieve ultra-low vibration and highly smooth operation. Peak current 0.5A~8A, power supply range DC 24V~72V, widely used in 3C electronics, laser processing, engraving machines, automated production lines, AGVs, and other scenarios.
